Coming Next Week To SAtechBLOG.com: AT&T's U-verse IPTV Service Displaces TimeWarner Cable at the Weinkrantz Home in San Antonio
I just had AT&T's U-verse IPTV service deployed in my home.
Starting next week, I will be posting my impressions and observations.
Stay tuned.

I am looking forward to get your insight as a subscriber for this new IPTV service. You should know that AT&T is running this project in parallel to its project with Microsoft-TV, which is still in "friends and family" trial. I would encourage you to find someone from the other trial to complement your blog to give a complete picture.

I am guessing you have VDSL for your hookup since this is suppose to be the underlying technology for AT&T's IPTV.
How about some speed tests for your internet? http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
Could you provide some photographs of the hookup outside your house and other hardware inside. Any chance of some video shwoing how quick the channel changing is?
How about a channel listing they are currently offering.
How many PPV movie channels do they have currently.
How are the boxes within the house connected? CAT5 or Coaxial?
